The second wave of Android 14 + ColorOS 14 public beta recruitment for the OPPO Find N folding screen mobile phone has begun, and it will run from December 12th to the 15th.

(To find out the version number, go to Settings > About this machine > Version information > Version number.) Verify that the OPPO Find N has been updated to the basic version: 13.1.0.193, 13.1.0.194.

After you see “Mobile phone name,” go to “Settings > About this machine > Top version information.” Press the “Settings” icon in the top right corner of your screen. From there, navigate to the “Early Adopter App” and select “Upgrade Public Beta.” Apply by following the on-screen instructions.

Within five business days following the conclusion of the recruitment process, the review will be carried out in phases. For review results, please use your mobile device’s early adopter app interface. The review will be finished after the version has been pushed in batches.

OPPO has announced that Android 14 is incompatible with a large number of popular third-party apps. There have been reports of issues with third-party apps not working properly after updating to Android 14 (e.g., crashes, freezes, black screens, and excessive power usage). Before doing anything else, users should try updating the app through The App Store.

Also, the system will run a series of optimization and adaptation tasks in the background within two days following the upgrade, which could lead to rapid power consumption, freezing, and overheating of the phone. If your phone doesn’t automatically restart after an upgrade, try turning off the screen and charging it for two hours. If that doesn’t work, give it some regular use and it should recover.

The OPPO Find N public beta for ColorOS 14 will be available from November 15th until the 17th. Users who are still behind are welcome to take part in our recruitment drive. There are a number of features available in the current public beta version of ColorOS 14, including the ability to customize application refresh rates, file transfer stations, privacy watermarks, device space, photo picker, and new mobile phone moving.
