Tecno, a subsidiary of Transsion, is set to debut the Phantom V Fold in 2023, marking its official entry into the foldable smartphone market. The successor of this phone has recently surfaced in the GeekBench benchmark library, identified by the model number AE10.

Based on the GeekBench benchmark database, the Tecno Phantom V2 Fold features an octa-core processor. This includes one high-performance core running at 3.2GHz, three medium-performance cores running at 2.85GHz, and four low-performance cores running at 1.80GHz. Additionally, it is equipped with the Mali-G710 MC10 graphics processor, which is anticipated to be the same MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset found in the previous model.

The test data indicates that the computer possesses a 12GB RAM capacity and operates on the Android 14 operating system. The device achieved a score of 1274 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 3856 points in its multi-core test.

The Phantom V Fold features a 7.85-inch AMOLED LPTO foldable display with a resolution of 2K+, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and an aspect ratio of 8:7. The exterior display measures 6.42 inches and features an AMOLED panel. It has a resolution of FHD+ and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The aspect ratio is 21:9.

The Phantom V Fold is furnished with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a 16-megapixel camera on the internal screen. The rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera that enables 2x optical magnification.

The Phantom V Fold is outfitted with the Dimensity 9000+ chip, featuring LPDDR5x memory and UFS 3.1 storage. The device is equipped with an integrated 5000mAh battery and is compatible with 45W rapid charging.
