Samsung Unleashes Gemini AI on 10 Galaxy A Phones — Starting May, One Button Unlocks Powerful New Tricks

Samsung has confirmed that starting early May, it will roll out the One UI 7 update to 10 Galaxy A series smartphones, unlocking Gemini AI — Google’s advanced assistant — via a simple long press of the side button.

Previously exclusive to the flagship Galaxy S series, this game-changing feature will now let Galaxy A users instantly access AI to check schedules, find pet-friendly terrace restaurants, get birthday gift ideas, and more — all with a voice command. Just say something like, “Find a French restaurant nearby that’s pet-friendly with terrace seating,” and Gemini will deliver results within seconds, plus offer one-tap sharing with friends.

Gemini can also seamlessly perform cross-app tasks, like pulling an address from Google Maps and sending it via Messages, across Samsung, Google, and select third-party apps.

Eligible Galaxy A models include:
Galaxy A56 5G, A55 5G, A54 5G, A36 5G, A35 5G, A34 5G, A26 5G, A25 5G, A25e 5G, and A24.
