overseas technological publications According to MacRumors, the iPhone 15 Pro series devices come with up to 8GB of memory, starting with 128GB of space, and up to 1TB of storage space. The storage space can go as high as 1TB. There is no such thing as a 2TB model, contrary to earlier rumors.
MacRumors says the storage configurations of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are as follows:
- 128GB
- 256GB
- 512 GB
- 1TB
For storage options, Apple has selected the following 4 NAND suppliers:
- SK Hynix
- Western Digital
- Kioxia
- Samsung
According to a claim by MacRumors, Apple intends to use LPDDR5 RAM for the iPhone 15 Pro series models, much like it did for the flagship models of the previous year. It is now conducting internal testing of specs for both 6GB and 8GB, which will be given by the following companies:

In addition to memory and storage, TSMC’s newly developed 3nm manufacturing process will be used to produce the A17 System-on-Chip (SoC) that will be used in the iPhone 15 Pro variants. The clock speed of the high-performance cores in the A17 is predicted to increase to 3.70 GHz, which is an increase from the A16’s 3.46 GHz. This increase is likely to result in improved graphics performance.
