Wang Teng expressed gratitude for the trust shown in him by the company. Following a two-year period of offline rotation, I have recently returned to the headquarters in order to embrace fresh challenges and undertake a new assignment assigned by Mr. Lu.

Wang Teng also disclosed that in the upcoming month, the company intends to introduce a significant addition to its product lineup, namely the Note 13 series.

Following this, Redmi has made a formal announcement regarding the introduction of the Note 13 series. This series is the result of a collaboration involving three entities: MediaTek, Redmi, and Samsung ISOCELL. The newly released smartphone is integrated with the Dimensity 7200-Ultra chip and the Samsung HP3 200-megapixel picture sensor.

Based on prior reports from IT House, it was stated on November 19, 2021 that Wang Teng, the former Redmi product director of Xiaomi Group, disclosed his decision to relinquish his responsibilities pertaining to product-related tasks, and instead undergo a rotation to the Henan branch. Prior to his transfer to Henan, Wang Teng primarily held the responsibility of overseeing mobile phone product development at Xiaomi. He had made appearances at numerous mobile phone launches in the past. The appointment of Wang Teng as the product director of the Redmi product team was announced by Lu Weibing, the general manager of Redmi, on March 3, 2020. During that period, Lu Weibing provided a response indicating that Wang Teng had assumed the role of “General Manager of Xiaomi Henan Branch.”

 

In reference to the most recent Redmi Note 13 series smartphones, a blogger by the name of @digitalchatstation has disclosed that Xiaomi is preparing to introduce the Redmi Note 13 series smartphones, which would possess three certifications. There are two low-end variants available, one with a power output of 67W and a battery capacity of 5120mAh±, and another with a high-end configuration including a power output of 120W and a battery capacity of 5000mAh±. All three iterations include a 1.5K+200Mp 1/1.4″ HPX camera module with integrated eye protection, and are marketed as smartphones under the thousand-yuan price range.

MediaTek has recently unveiled the Dimensity 7200-Ultra mobile chip, employing TSMC’s advanced second-generation 4nm manufacturing technology. The eight-core CPU design comprises of two Arm Cortex-A715 cores operating at a frequency of 2.8GHz, together with six Cortex-A510 cores. This architecture is commonly referred to as “Equipped with the 14-bit HDR-ISP image processor Imagiq 765, which has been specifically tailored to handle 200 million pixels.”
